How 'bout cha party people?? I'm the Bassist formally known as Luther "Long Arm" Crawford and also known as "Luuuuthor of the Bass People". I'm from the southside of Funkrock, Georgia and the product of two studio musicians from the 70s. I have been slappin' and poppin' the four string bass since my graduation from the Juanita Lopez College of Music in '94.

I started playing in the Atlanta Blues scene in the mid 90s while at Georgia Tech with the infamous Albert Fisher & the Electraglides and with the Rev. Cleofus James & the Triple Rock Baptist Church Choir. Then I played at the notorious Fat Matt's Rib Shack every Wednesday night with the Ramblin' Hounddogs. In the funk-blues band Dry White Toast, I broke the rules and played dual roles as the lead singer and the bass player. In 2001, I got a case of the voodoo funk while attending my first Mardi Gras down in N'awlins, Louisiana and I've been spreading the news about the magic in that city ever since. If you have never been to the Big Easy, I strongly suggest that you travel down there as soon as possible - preferably during Mardi Gras or Jazzfest - but any weekend in the French Quarter is close to being in heaven.

If you want to get some laid-back New Orleans atmosphere with a little Bourbon St. shenanigans around here, just obey the groove, get up out of your seats and shake your bootie to the Squirrel Heads' musical integration of R&B, Country, Blues, Funk and Jazz and then LAISSEZ LES BON TEMPS ROULEZ.

I'm Harold Pattillo and I approve this message.
